NOMS AND GULPS: Pipiltin Cocoa - Senopati

Either you are a chocolate lover or not, you will definitely LOVE this place and their menu selections. Honestly I came here because I had a voucher, but I have heard good reviews about Pipiltin Cocoa before and I was really curious since they claim to use only Indonesian chocolate.

My voucher can only be redeemed for dessert, and as a first-timer, obviously I picked my order from their favorite selections: Another Egg No and White Chocolate Soft Cookie Pizza. Both of them were SUPERB. IDK... I am not a chocolate person by any means. I like chocolate flavored things, but not the chocolate itself. But man, those desserts did change my mind a little bit.

Another Egg No - IDR 65K++
Another Egg No is white chocolate panna cotta in dark chocolate 'egg shell', placed on top of spicy chocolate brownie crumbles, yes, SPICY chocolate brownie crumbles. The yellow 'egg yolk' is mango flavored made from I don't know what. I'm not really sure, but it tasted like gelatin. And the combination was surprisingly good! Trust me, as weird as it may sounds, chocolate and chili can get along quite well :D

White Chocolate Soft Cookie Pizza - IDR 55K++

While the pannacotta was more edgy and fancy, this White Chocolate Soft Cookie Pizza was another thing. It tasted home-y (???). Mind that the cookie might be a little too sweet for those who really can't stand sweet food with all of those marshmallows and chocolate syrup scattered on top of it (btw I don't like sweets too but I have no problem with it though). This cookie was warm when it was served on the table. The texture was also soft and chewy. So yeah, damn good... :9
The title 'white chocolate' was kind of intimidating for me at first. I was thinking, I don't even like chocolate in the first place, why would I have a white version of it which is usually sweeter and milkier? But no, please don't hesitate to order them. You'll do just fine :D

As for the drink, I ordered fruit infused tea to balance out the sweetness of the chocolate. The tea was really really fragrant. I opted for the hot version so it can be... um... refilled. Hahahaha... *pelitdotcom*

Pretty, isn't it? :3
