NOMS & GULPS: Chir Chir Chicken - PIK

So many people raved about this Chir Chir things. A franchise restaurant originally started in south Korea. This restaurant specializes in chicken tenders and fried chicken, oh and they also have beer. I mean literally nothing could ever go wrong with those kind of food, right? It opened its first ever Indonesian outlet in PIK area and became an instant success. One time, my cousin even arrived there 1 hour before the opening hour and people are already queuing. I mean seriously?? What's wrong with you people?? Anyway since I'm not the one who could do such things as arriving hours prior its opening time or waited 2 hours in order to be the very first to try a freshly opened restaurant (no offense to those who do, I mean you guys are amazingly determined, it's just not my thing :P), I waited a while until the hype was somewhat over and finally got the chance to dine there peacefully. Ha!

Ordered Nest Chicken for my first visit with some friends there. The crowds and the restaurant itself claimed this menu to be their favorite, so by default I just have to try it. There are about 8-10 pcs chicken tenders with cream sauce and whipped cream on top (IDR 159000++), then we also ordered Garlic Wings, a quite large bowl full of crispy chicken wings with garlicky soy sauce aka my personal favorite (IDR 129000++) and corn tea (forgot the price but it's refillable) for 4 people and we didn't order any rice at all.

The nest chicken was good and all yet I was super sold on the other one. Garlic chicken wings were SUPERB! The chicken was super crispy and super tender, you'll love it at the first bite. Pricewise it is definitely a bit on the upper side. We spent more than 400K on chicken tenders and wings and corn tea - yes they were delicious, but you know anything fried is supposed to taste good anyway. BUT then again, you might want to try it here in Indonesia instead of anywhere else in the world considering the price here is waaaayy cheaper that those abroad. I'll sure be coming back soon to try the spicy one tho :)
